DO you know that headaches are caused when you get your head wet , and when you face your wet head somewhere cold, like infront of the air -conditioner! (sorry, i have problem with spelling words, so some words might be wrong)
How to solve this problem?
It's easy, some poeple usually shower at night before they sleep.But that is a 100% wrong thing to do! That habbit is going to cause more problems to your sickness.The right way is to shower before an hour or two before you go to bed.
